In the pursuit of mindfulness in running, the power of presence in community can allow you to discover purpose. Running is often viewed as a solitary activity, but, with friends it can become a shared journey that strengthens friendships and fosters a sense of connection. The team at Kinetic Living alongside our friends at Project Love Run, Yogalife, and lululemon athletica we came together to move as one — where its not about the run!
